After the devastating flood in the summer, the inhabitants of the Ahr valley were left with nothing: the flood waters caused great damage and in some cases destroyed entire villages. We therefore decided on short notice to launch a fundraising campaign with the special squeegee „Helping Hands Flut 21“, the sales proceeds of which could now be handed over.
But before that, we took a whole truckload of firewood to the Ahr valley, which was gratefully received by the recipient, Sascha. He will make sure that the wood is distributed to people in need.

After the wood was unloaded we headed to Oliver's to hand over the cash donation from the flood squeegee sales.
Oliver's story touched us very deeply - the flood not only destroyed his home, but he also lost a family member. Despite this stroke of fate, Oliver does not bury his head in the sand; instead, he looks optimistically to the future, for his family! 💪🏼
It was an honor for us to present him with the donated money amounting 1,000 €. We thank our customers for participating in the fundraiser - 100% of the proceeds went to a family that really appreciates the support!
